Do the prices shown include VAT?All values indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force and represent the final price to be paid for the chosen item.

How can I pay for my purchases?You can pay for your orders, safely, through the following payment methods: - Credit/Debit Card (Wix Payments): Paying with a credit/debit card at www.loja.sri.pt is 100% secure. We use SSL encrypted communication, and work with a real-time connection to banking systems (Wix Payments). - Apple Pay - Paypal Once your order has been confirmed, Payment Details will be sent by email, with reference to finalize the same. Payment can be made at an ATM or at your bank's online service by choosing the option Payment for services and/or purchases. You must then enter the reference that was assigned to your purchase and that was also sent to you by email.

Why is my card being rejected?Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons: - The card has expired. Check the expiration date of your card;- Card limit has been reached. If your card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make your purchases, you should contact your bank;- The data entered is not correct. Make sure the details you fill in are correct (for example, the name on the card must match the name on the billing details.

Are my card details safe?Yes. We do not receive or store your credit card details at any time. These are transmitted with each purchase through a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the entity responsible for managing the electronic payment.
