Shipping Policy

How long does it take to deliver an order?


The expected delivery date is available on the product detail page. Delivery is made on working days between 09:00 and 19:00 via CTT. The day before the delivery of the order, an SMS is sent advising that it will be delivered on the 20th day and the time window. If you want to change the delivery date, you can do so by clicking on the link sent in the SMS.

For the Azores and Madeira:

  •  Delivery Carrier CTT Expresso: 48 working hours.

In festive seasons, due to the high volume of shipments, carriers are not always able to meet the agreed deadlines.

To Spain:

  •  Delivery Carrier NACEX 2-3 working days

For Europe:

  • FEDEX Carrier Delivery: 2-5 business days


Report a delivery delay
If you receive a shipping confirmation email and your order does not arrive within the stipulated period, please contact us through our Customer Support.

Are the shipping costs for orders free?
Shipping costs are free above 10

How can I track the shipment of the order?

You can track your order on the website of our carriers (CTT Expresso | FEDEX | NACEX), by inserting the code that we give you in the shipment confirmation email.

I was not present at the address indicated when delivering the order. What can I do now?

If you are not present at the indicated address, you will receive an SMS with the indication that your order is available for collection at the post office to be determined and until when you can collect it. At the time of withdrawal, simply present the SMS.
